Terry is a specialist in management systems and business consulting, with a degree in Business Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He serves as a lead auditor and consultant for the implementation of management systems under ISO standards, with a focus on ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery) and ISO 37301 (Compliance). He advises public and private organizations on regulatory compliance, risk management, and strengthening internal controls, participating in implementation, audit, and certification processes.

He has built his career as a consultant on projects related to the ISO 37001 standard at institutions such as the Superior Court of Justice of Huancavelica and the Superior Court of Justice of Arequipa, as well as at private-sector organizations such as ABRATECH and ROSSELLÓ, where he has led the adoption of integrity and anti-corruption standards. He has also participated in the implementation of this standard at CENARES, establishing systems aligned with international best practices.
