José Carlos Velarde Zadd leads the practices in Labor Law, Labor and Social Security Litigation, Immigration Law, and Administrative Law. He has more than thirty (30) years of professional experience and has been providing advice for more than twenty-five (25) years on compensation planning and the structuring of employment arrangements for the creation of new companies.
He advises on the hiring and determination of employment conditions for senior management, as well as on suspension, termination, and the dissolution of employment relationships, both individual and collective. He also has extensive experience in drafting corporate policies, internal protocols, and regulations required by law.
His practice includes advising on the hiring of workers with disabilities, the international transfer of workers (labor and social security aspects), the hiring of foreign personnel and the regularization of their immigration status, as well as advising on specific employee situations, such as maternity, paternity, leave, and temporary disabilities.
