He also participates in the development of internal policies, institutional regulations, and compliance mechanisms aimed at managing labor and organizational risks.

He has represented employers in inspections conducted by the National Superintendency of Labor Inspection (SUNAFIL), as well as in labor court proceedings related to reinstatement, the reclassification of fixed-term contracts, compensation for wrongful termination, and other disputes arising from the employment relationship.

He also has experience in education law and university legal management, handling administrative and disciplinary proceedings, as well as representing institutions in labor, administrative, and regulatory matters related to the education sector.
