Julio is an associate in the litigation practice group. He specializes in advising clients and representing them in court and arbitration proceedings, with experience in civil and commercial disputes, as well as in constitutional, labor, and administrative litigation matters; he also handles criminal matters related to risk management and conflict prevention. He advises companies and public entities on the comprehensive management of complex disputes, from case evaluation and strategy development to case prosecution and resolution.

He has been a member of the Litigation and Conflict Prevention practice at Daly, Otero, Flórez & Núñez del Prado Abogados, as well as the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at Fernández Cartagena & Rosillo Abogados. He also received training in litigation teams at the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance, and Pension Fund Administrators (SBS) and the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (BCRP), with an emphasis on the procedural management of disputes. He is the author and co-author of articles published in specialized legal journals.

He is a member of the Lima Bar Association.
