Jesus is an attorney in the Intellectual Property and Competition practice area, specializing in intellectual property and personal data protection. He is a certified data protection expert, which supports his technical and strategic approach to the comprehensive management of this field.
He has extensive experience advising companies on the structuring, protection, and valuation of their intangible assets, including the strategic management of portfolios of trademarks, software, and copyrights. He also assists his clients in the prevention and resolution of intellectual property disputes, both in administrative and judicial proceedings. He has participated in the negotiation, drafting, and implementation of contracts for the licensing, assignment, and transfer of intellectual property rights, ensuring the proper protection and exploitation of the assets involved.
In the area of personal data protection, he leads the design and implementation of comprehensive compliance programs in accordance with current regulations and international standards.
