Edwin practices law at the firm as a senior associate in the Infrastructure (Public-Private Partnerships and Government Contracting) and Administrative Law practice areas. He also has experience in Corporate and Commercial Law. He is an expert in projects governed by the General Law on Public Procurement and its preceding
regulations. In infrastructure projects, he has been actively participating as a member of multidisciplinary consulting teams nationwide, providing administrative advice to domestic and foreign companies on the preparation of technical and financial proposals, execution and management of contracts for public procurement with the Peruvian government, as well as in leading work teams to conduct due diligence and evaluate regulatory and compliance processes.

He has advised companies in the construction and real estate sectors on contract execution management.

In the administrative area, he has provided advice on administrative procedures for obtaining licenses, permits, and authorizations, generally before national, regional, and local authorities, as well as on administrative sanctioning procedures.
He is a member of the Lima Bar Association.
