Ángel is a Senior Associate in the Litigation practice group, specializing in the strategic management of disputes in civil, commercial, constitutional, labor, and administrative litigation matters. His practice focuses on the prevention and efficient resolution of conflicts, advising companies, associations, and individual clients on complex disputes and designing results-oriented litigation strategies, including cost optimization and the mitigation of legal risks for his clients.

He has significant experience advising clients in judicial and arbitration proceedings before various courts and jurisdictions, having handled highly complex cases requiring strategic coordination and multidisciplinary analysis. His experience includes projecting procedural scenarios, assessing contingencies, and defining lines of defense in sensitive litigation.

He currently serves as a Senior Associate in the litigation department at Casahierro Abogados, where he co-leads teams and manages highly demanding cases. Previously, he worked at renowned law firms and at the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, an experience that has given him a comprehensive understanding of the justice system.

He is a member of the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club and the Lima Bar Association. He has participated in various academic initiatives and has published works on civil, procedural, and bankruptcy law.
